"I went there today to get the fifth dose of the COVID-19's vaccine. Firstly, I was asked, by the pharmacist, the brand I wanted to get vaccinated with, in which I replied Pfizer. Next, I have explicitly asked her if this was the most recent version and she replied "Yes". Then, when I looked at my vaccination sheet, I notice that I had just been vaccinated with the BIV BA.1 version , which is clearly NOT the most updated version of Pfizer in Australia. After that, I went back there and complained about it and she said "sorry for not offering the other one". Even though they had both versions in stock, they will not offer the most updated vaccine's version. They've tried to get rid of the old stock at my expensive. It's just disgusting. I have the right to choose and must be clear with their explanations. Be careful with their employees! Here, your health is only business as usual."

"I recently visited at your clinic to get flu vaccination but I was given the wrong one. I requested a flu vaccine, but I I received the COVID-19 vaccine instead that I had requested. This mistake could have serious consequences, and I would like to know what steps the clinic is taking to address the situation.If you specifically asked for a flu vaccination for your college placement and were given a COVID-19 vaccination instead. I'm concerned because I specifically requested the flu vaccine, and now I may not be able to meet the vaccination requirements for my placement. it is inappropriate for a healthcare provider to administer the wrong vaccine, especially when you clearly requested a flu vaccine. I asked the lady because she was giving an options for the vaccine and I asked her is it flu vaccination she said yes and later I got certificate for Covid. I was shocked but I couldn’t say or argue with them at that time cause I was already late for my college. Before going to their clinic I went to other two pharmacy they said they don’t have flu vaccine those clinic clearly understood how come she didn’t understand she said it was misunderstanding or miscommunication. If I need Covid I would have said Covid why would I say flu I said I need it for work placement. I remember asking her for 3 times is it flu vaccination she said yes.. I hope that the pharmacy will take this situation seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that it doesn't happen again to other patients."
