"Extremely slow service. Waited for about 15 minutes for a single tablet with one other person waiting. To fight boredom I simply started reading the names of various products. I missed my name being called out and after another 10 minutes of waiting I had to ask at the counter if my prescription was ready. When I asked that it would be good if they called more than once, the pharmacist, Shushma, said that "we have a job to do". I am no longer sure what their primary job is if not dispensing prescriptions."
"30 minute wait behind only 2 people in the store for my prescription pills I pick up every week. They literally just have to count the pills and put it in my reusable pill bottle and I go. Also have had issues in the past with the young security guard. No manners. No efficiency. Horrible service. Continues to happen on the regular."
"CW Newtown somewhere I have visited regularly, however after my recent visit I will no longer purchase from this store. The staff are exceptionally rude and not helpful. I attempted to return an item (fully within my rights) which they refused to refund. Product was unopened in its original packaging. Formal complaint has been lodged and legal action will be commenced."
