"Best customer service"
"I called ahead to ask if this store had stock of my medicine as it has been sold out everywhere. They told there was. When I tried to ask them to put it on hold for me and I could come in half an hour to purchase, I was told I wouldn't need to as "there's plenty, just come down whenever". I came later that afternoon and was then told that they had only 2 stock and those 2 were sold that morning. All I was given was a fake "sorry" and a shrug of the shoulders. Don't mislead customers when you don't have the stock available. Waste of my time. Very poor customer service."
