Teresa personally delivers mum’s drugs to her door after hours and has also done so when mum has been staying elsewhere. "Family member had a vaccine booked for today (1st Feb) via the online booking system. Showed up to find the pharmacy was closed. I'm Vietnamese and understand that certain businesses may be closed during Lunar New Year. What I don't understand is why Priceline Cabramatta didn't check their booking system yesterday to contact anyone who had put in a vaccine booking to let them know they would be closed. We all have jobs and we're doing our best to work through the pandemic, with annual leave being taken to make this vaccine appointment only to show up and find the doors closed. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service."
