"Click and collect was fast and easy, as was the service upon collection on quiet days. It’s in a great location with parking across the road and good extended opening hours."
"I had one of the worst experiences today at around 2:30pm. A young girl with dark curly hair was at the counter serving while a guy stood next to her. I waited behind a customer who the girl was already serving and the guy just stood there, not serving me. When I got to the girl she didn't say anything through the whole transaction other than "do you need a receipt". She was eating a caramello koala chocolate as she served and spoke her mouthful . She had caramel chocolate all over her fingers which she got on the product I bought. As I paid she continued just eating the caramello koala. It was honestly dumbfounding."
"Staffs in this store need to be taught about the customer service. They treat you like you are a thief when you’re looking around whats best , they follow you and give you side looks like you’re about to steal something and keep doing so. And, even after you paid for the items you picked and while leaving they give you a side eye to your bags. If they are pretty insecure hire a security guard to check the bags before anyone leaves or put a put a QR code scanner at your door lock which beeps when someone is leaving without paying."
"Ive been coming to this pharmacy for the last 5 years, and being honest, the service is hit and miss. I have met some lovely people, hence two instead of the one star. However, only a truly terrible experience would cause me to take the time to write a negative review. Today, 6 Feb 2023, approx 6:00 pm, there was a pharmacist who spoke down to me. After waiting in queue for 10 mins as the man in front was served, this pharmacist came to the line to check what the needs were of those waiting in an attempt to alleviate the wait. Not only did she ask in an impolite and cold manner, but she then proceeded to blame me for her lack of attention to detail. Initially, she directed me to the pick-up area after she asked what I was there for and I informed that I was picking something up. I let her know that I had ordered over the phone a few days prior and she insisted for me to go to the other end (in all the 5 years, I have never gone to pick-up without speaking to someone at the scripts-in area). This would not have been a problem had she asked nicely, but I went there anyway. She then met me on the other end, asked for my name and went looking for what seemed like 10 minutes. She returned and said she couldn’t find it. I then tried to find a message I had received the previous day, and before I got to show her, she walked away again. She finally came back with my product and said, ‘Was it for these?’, to which I responded, ‘yes’. She then said, ‘You confused me because you said it was medication.’ Please note that I said I needed to pick something up. I would not usually contest unless I feel it was needed, but I spoke up about this and corrected her; I had not mentioned the word medications at all. There was no apology from her. I am not sure if this woman is the same woman who worked at the Bridge St Chemist Warehouse before it closed, but this experience was very similar, and if it is her, this pharmacist needs to adjust her manner. I have encountered some short pharmacists here, but hardly ever experience one who points blame. I was quite irritated to be accused of purposely making the job harder, when these things can easily be avoided with proper communication."
"Though a bit smaller than other stores, but stocks almost all important stuff that you might need. Had always been a bit short staffed but I've personally never had an issue and have had assistance pretty quick, might have had to wait a bit for other customers. The prescription drugs though.... They take ages. Otherwise pretty decent store, clean, well organised and stays open till 9 pm"
