"I went to this chemist to get a Ventolin puffer which a pharmacist needs to get from behind their counter. While I was waiting, the pharmacist had approached me from behind and asked if she could help me while looking at my tattoos on my legs. I asked for the puffer and then went to line up at the cashier behind an elderly gentleman to which the pharmacist started to jog over and yelled out to the cashier "did that guy pay for the puffer" she then saw me behind the elderly man and laughed with a fake "sorry". I then told the cashier that was rude and I didn't appreciate being accused of not paying for something. I would suggest the pharmacist may need some training in customer service and discrimination."

"The guy pharmacist there is A LAIR & nothing but a LAIR I purchased an electric breast pump that is worth $200. it was faulty so i took it back to the store the following morning he told me he had to talk to the manufacturer, which was Avent, in order to get an exchange or refund, I went into that store everyday for 8 days, where it become to the stage where I no longer needed the item anymore & just wanted my refund.. at the end of all them days waiting just to be told that if I wants to do something about it I have to call them myself & that I have to take my item back immediately I DID NOT, take the item back and I called Avent myself, they told me they spoke to him and ask him to exchange the item that very same day and to call me to let me know to cone pick it up. Obviously he did NOT DO THIS and was hoping for me to try and do it myself, so he wouldn't have to refund me my money back the LAIR. Its the pharmacist on the crn of HILL RD & Wych Ave If In DOUBT fight it.. DONT let them say to you that it's CHANGE OF MIND. And DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEM UNLESS 100% SURE when refunding or exchanting.."
