"This was the only place I could find vaccine for my 10yr old daughter despite living around Penrith All the staff working there are awesome polite and helpful there were more than 40 children while I was there couldn’t believe how nice they were to all the kids from all age groups 5-10 many children very screaming and crying the staff handled them so well all the little ones and their parents were very well taken care off the little ones were given lollipops after the vaccine Well done guys"
"I visited for covid vaccination, booked for 9.15am. I reached there 5 minutes before and waited for an hour. Staff told me to wait "outside" and then didn't call waiting list by name. They should plan it more efficiently. Why to make people book appointments for 9am when they actually start by 10am? Staff was very nice but hope they provide clear instructions for vaccination."
