"I have been going here for 5 plus year's now and this year was nothing short of an utter disgrace . The accountant that did my return had no idea on what was going on .I had been told he would ring me when my return had been updated to include other income and after 2 weeks still no call so i called myself and the return was finalised after a complete fiasco with the agent and him seeming to not know what he was doing .I was told i would not be charged any extra (why would i be charged any extra ) he was the one suggesting we could do part 1 a fortnight earlier and he would update my return and lodge it and call me when he had done so ... NO call again so i follow it up. The fee they charged was absolutely ridiculous for the inadequate service provided .I will never recommend them nor use their services again .. STAY AWAY from them if you want a smooth easy service and good return ."
"My experience was very bad. They are arrogant, don't explain and look they don't know what they are doing. I was going to lost more than 2000 $ by their mistake on my tax return. After arguing with them, they made my levy surcharge but still inflincting more than 1000$ loss by doing half."
