"From my experience - the advice is simple: Do not use ITP Blacktown or ITP Penrith under any circumstances. Poor accountancy work, zero customer service & no care factor. In the end I had to deal directly with the ATO for over 6 months to rectify the mistakes. And I’m doing so it seems assurances from ITP to me on their remedial work to fix their errors were actually not done at all"
"2021 review - TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE people! Came back due to my previous positive experience and asked for ravneet. At first they said “she’s away right now” and then that she doesn’t work there anymore. From the start they were deceptive. Amit in particular, you cannot understand a word he says and then the has a totally rude manner when he speaks on top of that! Really horrible experience!! I have done my tax at many different places all of my working career, and NEVER have I experience such a bizarre way of working! When I was reluctant to move forward Amit agreed with me that it would be fine with the ATO to not supply crypto details as I was not in it anymore and made no profit, and that if they wanted more info they could engage me directly then after resuming he forced and pressured me to give the statement of crypto, once done he said “ah well there’s a 4 week delay because I can’t do crypto” and just wasted 2 weeks of my time trying to do my tax return! ABSOLUTE DEBACLE! I will never return to this dodgy establishment. And caution others to do your research and look for better accountants. 2019 review which was 5 star: Ravneet is the most professional and friendly Agent I’ve ever met! She made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly to me and helped to get the best return possible for me! Super happy and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! Will definitely be my preferred agent every year now!"
