"I have always enjoyed shopping at Coles at Broadway especially because of their excellent Asian selection in store. The produce is generally pretty good and you can almost always get what you are looking for. The new layout and lack of check outs mean I likely won't be back in a hurry. It isn't just about getting used to a new layout, the changes that have been made simply don't make sense. I also hated having to check out myself because there are now only 4 staff check outs. It made my shopping experience stressful. It's a shame as I enjoyed coming to Broadway to shop."
"The staff can be nice but God the quality of display and stock availability here is Terrible. There wee dirty tissues left near tomatoes and it was there still after 30 minutes. I am sure multiple staff walked past multiple times. The manager in a special uniform was just luxuriously talking to other people. He also walked past the fruit section. No action to help ground staff either. No much milk. No coconuts. No one can tell you when things are going to be in, staff are always a buy lazy to actually look. Out back. Avoid if you can...my review was at Tuesday around 1.30 - 2.000m.. It gets worst peak times. The cashier was nice though."
