"the two staff members on self serve were very rude and unhelpful. i had to get a new replacement for sodastream, and i haven’t done it before and i asked one of the self service staff how i’m supposed to do it and i got very short sharp responses, how am i supposed to know how to do things that i’ve never done before?! you should have staff who are kind and friendly and have customer service skills that don’t make people feel uncomfortable. both staff were on self checkout together around 6pm. it makes me angry when people treat innocent customers like dirt. i hope you have better staff in the future who actually know how to interact with people."

"My mother requested 2 roast porks cooked from the deli and a choco cake from the bakery a few days beforehand. Son was to pick up. Cake was was a hit. It is possible to get good crackle from the pre-cooked roast pork at supermarket delis! The knife reverberated off the golden crackle. Good stuff."
