"Very impressed with these guys. Not knowing which would be the best projector to suit my needs, I rang up & spoke to Chris, who was able to make the appropriate recommendation based on the intended purpose. However, later when I made the order online, I accidentally ordered the wrong model, without realising. I emailed them later that day, fearing that it would be too late, However, they were luckily able to stop the dispatch of the incorrect model, and send out the correct one immediately.
