"A comprehensive Chinese grocery store. Basically you can buy what you need for Chinese dishes. Extensive frozen food display. However, very difficult to locate the price as the price label is small and displaying in an array of other prices."

"I've lived locally for over 20yrs but only visited for the first time today. Seems pretty big and has the usual butcher and fruit departments. Seems about 25% larger than the Victoria Plaza grocery store. I'll be going back again. Recommended however there aren't any nearby free carparks which might be a bit of an inconvenience if driving."

"I am regular cusomer since it was opened years ago. The only shop I am really dispointed is the seafood shop. Last year I was ignored by the person for 10 mins. And today, the live fish I purchased was replaced with a dead fish. (Don't ask me why I knewd it. I am not stupid.) This is a new low ever. The only reason I still give 3 star for the whole supermarket. Because there are other shops which are quite good for me. I can see the seafood shop is counting down to close if the owner keep treating the customers like this. There are multiple nice seafood stories in Chatswood, I can't see any reason still visit this one."

"I’ve been shopping here for 3 years, I was happy but until today! Lately due to my health condition I need to be very careful of what I’m eating. This afternoon I was in NRR Chatswood, I spent some time browsed at the Japanese section looked at Japanese food’s ingredients and nutritional chart, and one male staff came passed by me, rearranging the stuffs in the shelves in front of me, I was thinking he might be responsible this lane so I didn’t really pay attention. After doing that he stop and sat on the 2 milk crates at me at the a distance (1.5m maybe), I still kept looking at those Japanese stuffs’ nutrition chart, and I felt like someone peeking on me , when I looked at him, his eyes look at other place, I thought I was being sensitive, but later on I moved around to another lane and came back to Japanese section, I saw he changed his “inspection position” to the other side of the lane and was using mobile, stool behind the grocery box to video !! I I wasn’t sure until I saw him holding the video moving to my direction! I felt like someone treated my like a thief !! What a awful feeling!! If NRR has a new policy that customers should “take & go pay” not allow to browse around should put a notice at the entrance!!"
