"My recent visit to Coles was unfortunately far from pleasant, largely due to an encounter with an older lady named Shaleen. She was rude and unhelpful, especially when it came to a situation involving coupons. Even after being proven wrong, her attitude remained disrespectful and unwilling to listen, which was extremely frustrating. Furthermore, the upcoming decision to eliminate plastic bags from June adds another layer of inconvenience. While I understand the importance of sustainability and reducing plastic waste, it can be challenging for customers to adjust to this change. Not having the option of plastic bags means we'll have to bring our reusable bags every time we shop, and that can be quite inconvenient, especially when making spontaneous trips to the store. In conclusion, my recent experience at Coles was far from satisfactory. The rude encounter with Shaleen left me feeling disrespected and frustrated."
"Always plenty to choose from. Fruit & Veg in abundance. Good organic selection. It's a shame they don't sell organic Chicken (Inglewood) and Cleavers red meat products anymore. Good shopping experience though."
