"im always doing grocery here as its near my home, selfsevice is always faulty resulting not weighing the scan goods. and today (15:31 trans. time) one of the asian product (vinegar) is not on the system resulting asking the asian guy looking after the self service. he ask me whats the price i told him 2.70 and accuse me if im sure and not 3.80! excuse me its not my fault your system is not working and its not my job to remember the price why bother asking the customer and accuse them. i told him never mind im not buying it and then he ask someone to check it and end up im right 2.70. he put it in and didnt even say sorry! what a good customer service."

"It’s off ten so hard to do shopping because of the staff restocking… they are taking whole space . Opening hours are till 10 pm but 9.50 doors are closed. So maybe they should change to 9.50 pm…and this Thi’s self checking system it’s very often faulty there. I feel like there is not enough stay to help people."

"Worst meat department and fruit/veg departments I have ever experienced in a Woolworths supermarket. Also have an intimidating looking loss prevention person demanding to inspect your bags after exiting if you happen to be carrying an extra bag from another store purchase. If this happens to you, get your camera out and demand to photograph the authority badge he flashed at you. You may as well take some other pictures as well."

"It's gone downhill a bit. Staff always seem stressed, restocking is almost always left in isles But most bothersome is that they have all the self service checkouts open (green light on) but they won't let you use them. Must just like having a line of people waiting to pay."
