Melissa the pharmacist is so lovely and goes out of her way to help you, she was amazing with my elderly mother when she gave her the Covid vaccine. Aidan is Fantastic, wonderful customer service, he will always go the extra mile, so helpful, and nothing is a problem. "I went here to buy a product that was $169.99 on the Amcal+ website. Arrived there and it was $179.99. Was told they couldn’t match the price on their own website. They suggested I order online and do a click/collect! We drove 30mins to get there and in the scheme of things, opted to pay the extra $10. Pretty poor experience. Will not go here again. Understand they are a franchisee but I don’t get that they couldn’t match their own price on the website. Best to double check the ‘store’ vs the ‘online’ price, which the website did not say ‘online price only’, like some other sites."
