"Amazing store, amazing products, layout is a bit like an Ikea maze, but functional. I would very happily give this store a 5 star rating. However... In Australia cash is legal tender. When you get to the checkout you expect to be able to use cash as a means of payment. Given the no cash stance - I anticipate boycotting this store out of ethical obligation to to future of society. They should at least have one checkout that accepts cash..... End of story. Businesses have an obligation to accept legal tender unless an alternative means of purchase has been specified by verbal or written agreement. By purchasing goods or services, you’re entering into such an agreement with the seller. A business can set the terms of the agreement prior to the purchase, including how payment will be made, including by putting a sign in the store about what kinds of payment methods will or won’t be accepted. There is no obvious provision of verbal or written notice prior to entering payment contract with the customers. I know this is a busy shop so one less customer probably wont be a concern."

"This is not a shop by any means. It’s a maze with items on shelves along the way. This shop doesn’t have aisles. If what you’re looking for happens to be at the end of the maze, bad luck. You need to “walk through” the whole shop before getting to the items. By then, the queue to the checkout has formed and it’s almost impossible to “browse”."

"Great store to buy all your groceries from including a wide range of fruits and vegetables. Checkout is amazing with wonderful people working there, I have to congratulate how much knowledge they have on their produce (i know that can’t be easy). Honestly it’s impressive how they know basically all the produce they sell including the non popular ones we see. Imperfect picks are a great deal on price and the bakery is extravagant. I love this harris farm and recommend it for everybody."

"Great selection of fruit and veg including rarer ones you won’t find many other places. Staff are relatively friendly and extremely helpful at helping to find items. Try to go at less busier times to avoid the large queue to checkout."
