"Decent size for a CBD supermarket. Huge self checkout area, so there are rarely queues."

"Got the worst customer service, I bought a Charging plug converter today and when I got back, I found out it does not fit my charger, so I went came to return it after I finished work. When I said I bought it today and need a refund because it’s not match my charger, The lady wearing the mask was quite shocked and informed me can’t do return for me because other customers will not used it anymore, then I figured out our just because I did not Adjust the plastic packaging of the goods. It was a very small mistake and I explained to her that I was not using the product and she told me not to spit on her and looking angry and annoyed like I just did something incredibly crazy. The result was that I got my refund, but I felt that I was not respected, that it was a small mistake, and that the woman used it to "educate" me. I don't usually write reviews, I consider myself a peaceful person, but this time I don't think I got the respect I deserved. I have enjoyed shopping at Coles, except for this unpleasant experience. Just a share, thank you."

"Good Store & plenty of stock to be found at a central location within the Sydney CBD. Not aiming to be negative here but as per the photo I’ve attached cats take precedence over dogs . Why ?"

"A great place for groceries and they sell freshly squeezed orange juice! However, maybe it's the Australian law but they don't sell alcohol here (they do next door at a liquor store)."

"Great location and serves its purpose well. Doesn’t compare to your typical suburban store that will have an abundance of offerings and a bigger store, but excellent for someone like myself who is a tourist and on holiday and needs some basic food and amenities. Plenty of self serve checkouts."
