"Thank you to Ramsey Pharmsey. North Shore Private Had an issue with a script unavailable elsewhere They went out their way to help me.."
"I was fortunate enough to come across this place for my 3rd vaccine (booster shot) and cannot thank enough to the staff who were very patient, friendly and organised. The only waiting time was when I filled the form myself. Special thanks to Natalie who performed very professional and made it very smooth experience. She then went above and beyond to make sure I'm ok up to 30 minutes post jab. I've already recommended few local friends. I'd give 6 star if that was possible. Top staff, top service!"
"Had a COVID vaccination here yesterday. It was quite busy, with vaccinations and routine hospital requests. The staff members were attentive, pleasant and flexible (they accommodated a change from schedule Pfizer jab the previous day to Moderna the following day). I didn't feel the injection. Excellent service."
"Pharmacist G.R. was an invaluable resource to both my GP and I over the past fortnight. Her knowledge (& empathy) contrasts greatly with the half a dozen or so experiences I had in my Failed attempt to avoid an inconvenient trip. Many thanks"
"My husband just pent 5 days in North Shore Private Hospital the first day in ICU, no complaints there, good nursing and careing unit, but once in his room in the ward - he was making his won bed! - not offered a shower until I went to the nurses station and asked that he be given a shower and for some one to make his bed after 2 days of laying in it - not good - so many different agency nurses that no one knew what he was in for, nor did they try to familiarise them selves as to what operation he had had - he required pureed food, he was given sandwiches for evening meal - not good and the standard of nursing was nothing in compared with the RNSH (public) ward - sure he had his own room as against a 4 bed ward, but give me the RNSH sharing a ward any time."
