"With very few people dining tonight the service was very poor. We constantly had to remind the staff of our drink orders. The food was sub standard and not worth anywhere near the price. The garlic bread pizza was nice but the rest of the food was very disappointing. When we made the staff aware of our disappointment they offered free desert and the cannoli were stale. Always eaten at Bellucci’s which has been perfect every time. Very disappointed tonight as we were entertaining guests from Melbourne and they were not at all impressed."
"Absolutely woerful experience. 15mins driving around in the carpark to get a spot. Sat at a table directly under the TV while soccer was on. Waited 15mins till I went and got someone to take our order. 10mins later bread comes out and it's cold. Flagged someone down to get it heated up. 10mins later we have warm bread. Entree seafood for 2 people. 1 piece of soft shell crab and 2 prawns with calamari and white bait $34. How could you even send that out. Veal dish was dry and no seasoning on chips or parmesan for the pasta. Had to ask for salt and pepper. Got 1 free beer, probably a mistake. $145 for 2 people. The worst experience I've had in a long time. Just woeful."
