"A well organized store with a large selection of produce. Good quality fresh food, helpful staff and clean store."
"Absolutely agreed with you KLJ and I feel for you! OMG you can’t be more serious with the staff in this Woollies!! I was trying to get a free banana for the kids today and a staff just came talk to me like: “ one for each person”. What does that mean!? She talks to me like i come to get free bananas everyday, she has to mention the rules you can’t get more than 1 banana for one child…. This is how they treat their loyal customers!! Thanks I come to his woollies once a month is maximum I usually go the one on Rangers road it’s closer to me"
"O .. M .. G what has happened to the staff at Woolies on Grosvenor St in Neutral Bay? Has the person recruiting staff been replaced with someone who has zero clue? Has the person who onboards & trains staff left? This store is nothing like it used to be / has always been?! We were in there the other day & could not believe the change in the staff behaviour .. a couple of examples are: 1. We went to the front of the store where the ready made sandwiches are & there were two male indian staff standing in front of the sandwich fridge having a great ol’ chat & a laugh. They both had trolleys with them so we were unable to access the fridge from any angle. Both the staff looked around a number of times & saw us patiently waiting to grab something from the fridge .. but they chose to ignore us & speak in a foreign language & laugh & continue to stand in our way. We were patient for such a long time & they were being rude, so we said ‘excuse me could we please grab something?’ & one of the guys said ‘what do you want, we’ll be finished in another 5-10 minutes!’ & we looked at what he was doing & he was putting discounted raw meat products in this open fridge right next to & amongst the ready made sandwiches?! 2. Once we finished shopping we were using a self serve checkout & at the end of checking out it said we can get 4 vouchers for some kind of kids promotion .. we don’t have kids .. so we raised our hands to get the assistant in that area to help us as we wanted to get the vouchers & give them to the kids at a nearby checkout. We were on the outer checkouts & she was only helping people right in the middle where she was. We had our hands up for ages & my husband called out to her a number of times with no luck. She served maybe 5 or so other people in the middle who had called out to her after us & then she started doing something at an empty checkout?! I walked around to where she was & explained we had been waiting & asked for her assistance. When we got to our checkout .. I tried to explain that we had 4 vouchers available to us based on our shopping today & we would like her to please give these vouchers to the kids at the checkout behind us. The staff member ‘Rajana’ (sp?) shouted angrily ‘what do you want .. there is nothing wrong with this machine?!’ .. we stepped back astounded & then repeated ourselves 2-3 more times & then she finally realised / understood what we were saying. Our checkout had timed out while we were waiting .. & she seemed angry about that as well .. it was one dysfunctional hot mess. We will be shopping at Coles going forward .. it is such a shame as this has been our go to supermarket for over ten years .. but who needs this kind of grief?!"
"It is real authentic Japanese dishes at amazing price. We tried saba bento and noodles, and both are very yummy. Will visit the restaurant again."
"Didn't have any fresh food. Interesting for the fresh food people."
