Coles Crows Nest

"Ibought 2 items and went to the express lane,there was somebody already waiting but no staff after maybe 5 minutes the other person left but I stayed ....The person in self check out was watching and paged someone to the check out twice but never crossed the line even though I never saw her help anyone in self check out...after more than 10minutes pprobably closer to 15 plus but i'm being generous a person ambled to the check out and I told her it was discraceful keeping customers waiting so long She said I had to be somewhere else I said if you arent going to attend the check out put a sign up CLOSED She didnt care no apology....When I got home I rang the store and asked to talk to the Manager I was told he was'n around and ring back at 2pm which was over an hour away...2.15 I rang I was told how important I was and hold on so I held on and the call was ended So I rang back and the same thing happened..So not only was the Check out not operating But the Manager was out of reach also No wonder the Prices are High and the service is low I think your disgraceful the way you treat customers I hope that an enquiry is held to see the amount of unjustified prices are charged The service and the prices were better years ago and I expect it's going to get worse...Not a Fan Coles your the type of company that lowers standards Regards and I hope somebody finds the time to read this and take some action Regards JD.P.S I had to give you one star to post my comment"

"A well organised Coles where finding things is easy. They stock some brands that other Coles may not have, so it always makes me wanna come back to this Coles. Plenty of check out counters so waiting time is always within 5 mins. Parking is good with easy entry point at side street and parking spaces are not tight."

"Pretty big compared to some other Coles, plenty parking. The one level covers everything from produce at one end to frozen section at the far end. Great selection of breads at the bakery section, the staff are pretty helpful.."

"It’s a nice and big premises to shop at with plenty of parking conveniently located in the basement. The staff are usually quite friendly to greet you and help you to find a product (whenever i have asked for help), but the only thing I don’t like about the shop is that they sometimes don’t bother having service counters at checkout even during the busy evening hours even if the customers at self checkout start building up queues !"

"A nice and big premise for shopping! I always consider going there regularly. Everything is ok but the customer service needs a push. Some of the staffs are nice and helpful however some of peeps there are kinda rude. I would say those who stand on self check out zone. I have never used or asked them for help but I can see around me and the way they deal with customers….."
