"Yes Paul Hope is a total fraud!!! I was in the process of getting divorced and in a very vulnerable state when I had to sell my land which I had bought from him. I moved from NSW to QLD so I told him to send everything to the lawyers. To date I haven't received and monies due to me from the initial deposit of the purchase of my land. He won't take my calls and even the Conveyancer MLG Conveyancing are not cooperating. If I could give zero stars I would !!!!"

"They are just there to rip you off your money. Will never attend your call, never reply to email or text. I already filed a fair trading complaint to get my $1000 back. They didn't even responded to the fair trading; shows how thick skin criminals they are. After the fair trading advice, I went to the tribunal and only then they returned my money; exactly after 3 months. Its not a business, its a mob who is just there to steal your money."

"Would strongly suggest NOT going with this company. I put down a deposit of $1000 to secure a piece of registered land only to find out it’s not registered. I was lied to by*******and his colleague ****and his entire office each step of the way they made excuses for each other and lied every step of the way. On the day I was supposed to receive my contracts his manager had food poising and wasn’t available, he left mid way through our meeting because he suddenly had family emergency. Oh and the conveyancer process delayed because someone was on leave. I then asked for his managers number and they told me she doesn’t have a mobile phone. Conveniently also has food poisoning. This company is operated by incompetent sales staff with no experience."

"DO NOT under any circumstances deal with this company. Heed the warnings of every other review which are all 1 star. They will lie and deceive you at every stage, especially if you are an inexperienced first home buyer. It's a long story with my situation but let me assure you, they are about as dodgy as you can get and borderline illegal. Thankfully I didn't sign any contracts with them, check forums on whirlpool for those who were unfortunate enough to suffer a full build with these guys."

"After having someone come and sit with us (March) to discuss refinancing, hand over paperwork, sign etc and then nothing. I contacted the agent 3 weeks later (April) to ask them to follow up and again nothing. Then a senior agent calls 4 weeks after to ask how it's all going so I explained the whole situation and he pretty much backed his co-worker in a rubbish story. So benefit of the doubt I was told he would look into it and come back with some options and again disappointed - no call and no email (as promised). Appalling service."
