"Worst experience for visiting chemist warehouse at Turramurra. I have purchased and the staff gave me the option for not taking the receipt. The very rude security guy keep asking me to go back and ask for a receipt and keeping yelling how I know if you did pay for it? What’s the point of providing us the option for not taking the receipt and later being asked for one? This absolutely makes no sense and makes people feel upset. Please provide sufficient customer service training to the hired employee."

"Pharmacy service isn't good. The script drop off desk is largely unmanned and you wait and wait before someone standing meters away blocked by shelving finally notices you by chance or 6th sense. They use to have a bell on the desk but is long gone. Also being a smaller store, they don't carry the full range unlike larger stores in Chatswood. Cashiers seem like they're stoned and have no ppl skills"
