"The old lady is very rude and not professional with bad English. Never do the post there. It’s just wasting time and money. She didn’t tell me that they have no international parcel service and asked me to do a very expensive delivery. They also forced me to buy things from them. From beginning to the end you DIDN’T mention it was a pre paid parcel. That’s why I was so surprised you have paid for it already. As an ordinary customer, I am not sure about community post. I asked you and you said you didn’t know then without explanations you started to yell at me. I said very clear to you that I would pay you and I had the card all the time. I am sure your CCTV will be the evidence. I did pay you even though I had questions about the price. Was this how you respect your customers? Would you like to explain why did you tell me you have no international service AFTER letting me buy the mail box on Tuesday? You KNEW I was there for an international service from post. There was no need to write on the box but you still let me do it without saying anything useful."
