"Had a really unpleasant experience with a rude driver today on the 3pm Canberra to Sydney airport service. George couldn’t find my booking straight away, and instead of managing the issue like an adult, had a real go at me for a range of things, from ‘he couldn’t understand why I would add the pass to my Apple wallet’, as if that was the core of the software issue he was having (?) to getting visibly flustered and frustrated the Murray’s app wasn’t working. I had to step out of the line and follow up the issue at their customer service desk, which was fine, but then I went on to witness similar rude behaviour to other customers when I returned to the line. I’ve been using this service since 2016, and have always had great success experiences with Murray’s, this left a really a our taste in my mouth Why work in customer service if you don’t like customers??? Went on the bus feeling really disappointed. Genuinely disgusting behaviour, so better Murray’s"

"Traveling from Sydney driver arrived late and had two minutes to pick up passengers. Couldn’t find my mother on reservation and wouldn’t wait two minutes while I already had an operator on the line. He was very rude and yelling."

"First time I used them the A/C system was broken and we went from Sydney to Canberra with -1 degree outside at 7am without heater. No apologises, nothing. Today, I couldn’t find the pick up point in the Sydney Airport, tried calling them 15 mins prior and they just say something like “keep looking for it”. Long story short I missed it, called them again and obviously I wasn’t the first one. Guys, put a Sign inside the airport!! Is not that hard!!! Or even one in your pick up area. Poor quality service."

"Murray's bus service is so good when traveling from Sydney to Canberra or reverse. No hasssle at airport looking for cars or getting out of the city. Very pleasant driver, comfortable seats, relaxing trip. Great that Murray's have this service. I will use it every trip when coming to visit family."
