"My goto place when I couldn't find my medication in other pharmacies. Nice staffs there and it's not crowded."
"The pharmacy team are completely useless. Have been with my wife mulitple times and everytime have learnt the following: 1) No matter what time of day always allow an hour to get a script filled. Even if the place looks empty they take forever to fill your script. 2) Most of the assistants who take the scripts to the pharmacists have no clue what they are doing and don't understand basic requests - never seen such incompetence from a pharmacy. 3) There is no communication between staff, my wife has had to have medication ordered a few times. Every time the wrong medication was ordered. We made sure with mutliple staff that the correct medication would be ordered and they still couldn't get it right. Such a shame because other chemist warehouse franchises are great."

"A large variety of products. Can be quite busy at times but service is a bit hit and miss. Staff seem like they are either over worked or the place is just constantly under staffed, but you can save a bit of $$ if you can put up with it. I just can't justify paying in some cases, more than three times more at other pharmacies for medication that is not supposed to be different prices... but that's the "Dispensing fee" apparently, so I do put up with the shortcomings. Sometimes something that cost $6.00 here will cost $16 - $20 at other pharmacies and it gets worse for your more expensive scripts... So expect with the cost of living going through the roof that more people who are feeling the pinch, or simply protest against paying crazy prices for cheap medicine, expect that this place will be busy... So I rate them with the lack of staff etc in mind as these guys are doing it hard."
