"Went to get Moderna vaccine. Was told the original one was 0.25ml and the new one was 0.5ml. Then went into the side room and was told by a different staff member who was about to administer my dose that they were “both the same”. When challenged she then said the original Moderna is 0.3ml. It’s so confusing when two different staff members are telling you completely different things about exactly the same product. It made me feel really anxious about what vaccine I was actually getting because the staff clearly don’t know basic information like the dosage volume. She also didn’t use an alcohol wipe to clean the injection site before administering. This pharmacy seems like a high risk place to receive your vaccine."

"My husband and I went into Priceline to grab an item and go, but we were met by a lovely soul named Elsa! She told us about the fragrances they had on sale. We ended up shopping for about 30 minutes, and it was a great. We need more helpful, friendly staff in the world like Elsa it truly improves the customer experience. We live in North Sydney but are happy to travel to Birkenhead Point because we know we will be treated kindly."
