"Called the pharmacy to ask about a price for an item, I wanted to find out if they can do a price match like Pharmacy 4 Less at Top Ryde. I could hear the guy in the background responding exceptionally rudely saying that I was wasting his time and that he's not interested. Terrible customer service. I wanted to purchase from my local pharmacy but this level of service was outrageous. They could have simply shared their price for the stocked item and I would have said all good no worries and we would have parted on good terms. All this over an item that cost $6.50."
