"Unfortunately- I will not be returning to this pharmacy. I visited this pharmacy for the first time with my partner -who is a regular. As we were waiting for some prescriptions, I was browsing the store and was followed around by a middle aged employee as if to ensure I wasn't stealing from the store. This made me extremely uncomfortable and also upset that I was being targeted because of my appearance or age. There are better family friendly pharmacies in the area (who are actually family friendly). I will not be returning to this chemist as I am too uncomfortable to do so. I hope this doesn't happen to other younger people when they visit this pharmacy in the future."

"scammers. they charged me $34 for a product which is usually $15 at woolies and it said $12 on the tag. the lady at the counter smirked while doing this and was hesitant in providing me with a receipt. she was definitely trying to scam me and take that money for own benefit. would definitely not recommend..."

"I usually always have such a great experience at this pharmacy. However, today the lady who served me had such a bad attitude. She was very short with me and then served me again at the front counter, again being very short with me. At the end of this experience, I told her I hope she has a wonderful day with a smile. The whole time I had her serving me, I was polite and courteous but didn't receive the same service back. I don't appreciate the attitude when all I wanted was my script filled and I did so in a friendly manner, I think she needs to learn some more professionalism when it comes to serving customers. I work in support office of one of the top Australian Retailers as a customer service coach and I would never bring my home life dramas or attitude to the work place."
