"I was very shocked when I went in to return a bottle of cough mixture that has been recalled by the TGA due to safety concerns and the Pharmacist Eddy told me that he would not refund the cost of this cough mixture because 1 dose had been taken but that we shouldn't take anymore because if we need any surgery in the next 12 months then we might die this is gross negligence by the chemist and very poor customer care, this cough mixture should not of even been on the shelf for sale and I will no longer be supporting this chemist"

"Nice enough when it is actually open. Went today, and saw others go to doors same as I did. Open signs up, signboard out but security gates locked and no one inside at around 10am. No back in 5 minutes note or anything to indicate why zero staff. This was not the first time it has been closed when weve gone there."
