Judgemental and ignorant about pain medication and sedatives without knowing the full facts or a person's medical history. Physical or mental (and yes i take a lot of medication for both, none of which are benzo or opioid based) aswellas takingopioidbased painmedicationsincea majorcar accidentin 2019 for which ill be havingmoe surgery and benzo medicationto treat serious mental healthissues, includingPTSD. I would score them 0 if I could and will be lodging a complaint with the APC and NSW health. Pharmacy's like these are the part of the problem of people being stigmatised for trying to manage health conditions beyond their control. The coast just isn't the same. I'm born and bred here 44 years 5th generation."

"The young manager 's (female, long reddish/dark hair, large woman) attitude and customer service is terrible. Accusatory, prejudice and not a single ounce of manners. Very derogatory and unfit for retail work and dealing with the public (or other sentient beings in general) let alone a manager - shelves empty, slow, unable to answer simple questions without seeking advice from colleagues... The queue behind me was forever growing longer and customers becoming impatient and unimpressed by this employee. Her face was unfamiliar to me, this is usually a chemist with great staff that are very polite and well informed. This worker was simply too inexperienced and too young to carry the role of a manager. I've never felt so degraded in my entire life and all due to this person's behaviour. As a psychologist, an educated guess would be that this is a human who's unhappy and projects their frustration & anger on to others by treating them very poorly for a moment of pleasure. It is truly sick behaviour. The justification, excuses and outright lies also suggests pathological tendencies. I STRONGLY recommend a mental health review and treatment ASAP. Perhaps a leave of absence or resignation while they get their head and priorities in order. Absolutely disgusted. This is the type of person who makes others' lives more difficult than they have to be because of their own choices and the resulting life-problems they create for themselves. It's not civil nor welcome actions and treatment towards anyone whatsoever."

The pharmacists are very experienced and will point you in the right direction. They genuinely care, and will give you the time of day."
