"If you live locally in Wentworth point or surrounding area. I highly recommend to opt for another Coles for your everyday needs. like the one the in Rhodes shopping mall and Woolies in Rhodes central. The staff and their customer service in Coles Marina square mall is creme de la creme. But who ever is doing the stock ordering for the groceries and meat section seriously is not doing their job. This Coles will always be low on : -Water -Eggs -printing paper And bunch of other necessities. Prime amongst them is the A4 printing paper, they will never have sufficient A4 printing paper on hand, I have been trying for 2 straight weeks now to get paper from here but they keep such minimum stock that it's not meeting the demand. Bringing this issue to the customer service department doesn't help either because I've tried it previously and all you'll get is a call back from the manager only to get a B.S excuse for the shortage of stock. But nothing has improved, infact it's gotten worse. I mean for crying out loud, it's not like I'm going to a convenience store this is bloody Coles, they should by now have sorted out their logistical demands. So save the heart ache, it's not worth it just go to other outlets."
"I am thrilled to share my outstanding shopping experience at Coles Wentworth Point. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was met with an atmosphere of efficiency and customer-centered service that truly sets this supermarket apart. First and foremost, the store layout was incredibly well-organized. Navigating the aisles was a breeze, with clear signage and strategically placed displays that made finding products a hassle-free task. The cleanliness and tidiness of the store were evident throughout, creating a pleasant shopping environment. The variety of products available was impressive, catering to a diverse range of needs and preferences. Whether it was fresh produce, pantry staples, or specialty items, Coles Wentworth Point had it all. The quality of the produce was particularly noteworthy – the fruits and vegetables were fresh, vibrant, and carefully displayed. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service. The staff were attentive, approachable, and went out of their way to assist shoppers. I was impressed by their knowledge about the products and their willingness to help with any queries. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about ensuring a positive shopping experience. Coles Wentworth Point also excelled in providing convenient services. The self-checkout options were quick and efficient, allowing for a seamless checkout process. The availability of reusable bags and other eco-friendly initiatives showcased their commitment to sustainability. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the store's well-stocked deli and bakery sections. The array of freshly baked goods and deli offerings were of excellent quality and provided a convenient option for those looking for ready-to-eat or grab-and-go options. In summary, Coles Wentworth Point exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of a well-organized store layout, exceptional product variety, high-quality produce, top-notch customer service, and convenient services make it a standout supermarket. I have no hesitation in awarding Coles Wentworth Point a well-deserved 5-star rating. It's a shopping destination that truly prioritizes its customers and their needs."
"Large size Coles at WWP. Compared to other Coles nearby, this one doesn't offer many 1/2 price discount offer (assuming it is selling well). Inside the shop, mobile network is terrible but can sign in to use either Coles or Marina SQ free wifi. But except almost NO mobile coverage inside."
"Wentworth Point Coles has to be one of my favourite places to shop. It is always neat and tidy, stocked up and just a nice environment to be in. I usually come to this Coles for their fresh cream and jam doughnuts. Which again is always in stock as well as a lot of other freshly baked goods. I would most definitely be shopping here again."
"I was really impressed with this Coles when it first opened. However, over the months since it has been opened, there have been several problems with what I perceive to be related to the management of the store and training of employees, which has made for a less pleasant experience. Although this is a large supermarket and there is a lot of items to choose from, the general stock levels appear to often be quite low even to the point of there being none left at all, especially for items that are advertised specials. This occurs on a consistent basis. At the deli, there have been many times where the olive bar has run out of small containers. On one occasion, when I asked the assistant to provide me with a container, I was told that they couldn’t give me one because they didn’t know how to print out a label. Also, there is no other way of describing the service than ‘terrible’. At the checkouts we have had a variety of bad service experiences. At times, the assistants are painfully slow. At other times, the packing of the items is abysmal (like putting heavy items ON TOP of bread) even though we do our best to counter this problem by placing the items exactly as we want them packed. I am yet to experience an assistant saying hello to me as I approach the checkout (I shop there weekly and spend approximately $100 every time). I am always met with silence. The last experience at the checkout was that I was served by someone who was eating and talking to another assistant standing directly opposite. I am led to wonder how much guidance the managers of this store provide to their young employees. The problems that are occurring in this store is unpleasant for the customer but appear to be such a simple fix through the provision of ongoing training and consistent supervision."
