"I strongly advise people to avoid this certain establishment as the security guards had wrongfully accused my friends of stealing from the store, and borderline-harrassed them when they had already obliged to show their bags. Even when my friends engaged with the guards in a respectful manner, the security guards retained accusatory behaviour and decided to pull up security camera footage and continue to try check their bags again even though their bags were already shown to them. Mind you, when someone else had outright told the guard that they wouldn't show their bag, that person was allowed to leave without second thought. Yet my friends who willingly showed their bags to their request were continuously pressed to show proof that they didn't steal and acting as if they truly did. My friends were unnecessarily targeted for no rhyme or reason and because of this, I immensely advise people to avoid shopping here and attend other stores."

"The security guards falsely accused my friend and i of stealing and were so rude, giving us attitude, acting as if they were SURE that we stole something even though we didn’t and made us show our bags twice. One of the security guards said “give us the makeup now because we’re checking cameras right now” and “is there something you have on you that you shouldn’t” in such a demeaning manner even though we stated many times we didn’t steal anything and offered to show them our bags again so they could leave us alone since they kept us there for 10-15mins. They also let all the other people walk out of the store without checking their bags and after it was confirmed we didn’t steal they didn’t even apologise. Genuinely terrified of even walking into that store again and never will and I want them to do BETTER because they can’t treat people like this."

"This place is pretty good and has most items in stock, waiting time for prescription is 10-15mins which is great considering location and demand. Though waiting area for prescription medicines can be improved, sometimes you get coaster pager but not always."

"Very satisfied with the help of staff member Jon Vicente. I called the warehouse last week and spoke to female staff member to see if a Rollator 4 wheels Walker was available. Female staff member placed me on hold. It was probably good 15-20mins. In the mean time a male staff member came on the phone and said 'sorry to keep you on hold - how may I help you' I immediately responded by saying I was place on hold by another female staff member whilst she's checking on my enquiry. Male staff member responded by saying he can assist me further if I can repeat the item back to him. I was able to established his name at this point and he did say his name was Jon V. Jon was very helpful not only he confirmed the product I wanted, he even explained the pros and cons of the product and established a time frame in when I can get pick it up. The next day I went to Parramatta Westfield store to pay and pick up my product. Jon went above and beyond what was expected and offer to take it to my car as it was heavy for me to carry.
