"Never ever go to this place for ear piercing! Their machines don’t work, and my 3 years old had such a terrible experience of getting her ears pierced in 3 attempts! On complaining the lady was adamant that it is their fault keeping those faulty machines in the practice, it was truly a horror experience, never ever choose them for piercing❌"

"That asian pharmacist the small girl is so rude and condescending I’ve seen her scream at people in person and on the phone and laughs at them it is absolutely disgusting. She has no customer service value’s she doesn’t smile it looks like she doesn’t even want to be there never greets her customers. If you don’t want to be a pharmacist who actually likes there job and wants to care for people then go home and find another job. It’s appalling to your business and what you stand for. No empathy, no humbleness, no care for your patients what’s so ever. There’s only 3 pharmacist that are nice and always care for there patients/customers. So yeah that small asian girl pharmacist needs to go and be fired asap but not that other girl who’s also asian she’s taller she’s always so optimistic and welcoming."

"Cincotta has always been a favourite pharmacy of mine. It is bigger than the other chemists in Auburn, meaning there are more items for any medical concern. The staff are always friendly, unlike some other places. The aisles are always tidy. Properly labelled with signs clearly stating what is where. Even when busy, they process prescriptions as quickly as possible, with seating for the elderly and disabled on case of a long wait. They have a vaccine area requiring booking, and we can do blood tests here too. It is a very fine place, and takes any medical situation seriously."

"The Chemist David Sun at Auburn Cincotta Chemist on 20/11/2022 at Auburn Rd branch has misplaced my health card. I waited almost an hour for a question on why the price of an identical item was such and on another occasion almost double. In the process they had verified my health card. They then could not locate it. For both these issues I was left waiting unattended whilst they served other people. I advised them and left. They promised they would call back but two days on no call no response what so ever. It is absolutely disgusting service. I called today before placing this review and still, the phone hung up on me twice. No one has called back. It is now the 25th Nov and I am still waiting for a call back."
