"I bought walnuts they were mouldy they refunded money back Just recently I bought hazelnuts walnuts chick peas and they all were stale some of them were close to expired date. Know I know never to buy nuts from Gima ever again Fresh vegetables not so fresh I go there to buy cheese olives and meat from the butcher I would like them to go back to trading like before Will I be a returning customer don’t know as there are so many shops that I can go in Auburn P.S I also rang if they are still doing delivery The man who answered my call said ‘ no delivery’ and hung up Not a good customer service at all It’s a shame when you want to support the business"
"Turkish market, you can find all Turkish products. Moreover, they sell halal meat. Employees are very kind and helpful."
"They sold bad walnuts for a discount without any signage explaining that they’re rotten. I had to throw them all out and then naively came back to get some full-priced walnuts. They were also bad - the oil inside was clearly rancid and they tasted so bitter. So disappointed with the quality of the produce. If something is bad, please don’t sell it to the public without any warning as though we are farm animals. Disgraceful."
"They usually sell products that are out of date, absolutely ridiculous with the quality. I'm not even complaining about the smell and atmosphere here, it probably makes people feel depressive and the hygiene is nowhere to be found near here. They barely have snacks that are good and they will sell you a snack that is 50 cents in turkey, for at least 4-7 dollars. I laugh when I go to Gima because it is so ironic and sadly funny. A couple of things I like here is that I can find spicy ketchup that is not sweet, which was hard to find at woolies. Sucuk tasted much weirder and disappointing than the ones that I had in Turkey, probs bcs of the quality. Another thing is the simits, I'm scared to have one because of the hygiene here, it just always looks old and bad, I believe it is psychologically giving this effect to people because of how dirty and old the shelves are. If you're over charging your customers, at least use a bit of that money to rennovate, clean, get some shelves or add a letter to your name on the building. Idk, maybe step up the quality a little. I'll add the fact that you can find a range of drinks and the cheese here. Also their frozen goods are not looking bad, I'm not quite a fan of mantı here, however I'm loving the su böreği. All the other frozen böreks and pastries are way too overpriced. Overall, please at least do yourself and customers a favour and keep your place clean."
