"I had a strong feeling that a one star review would be left by Ms Rodriguez. FYI, I would like to point out that she opened a fragrance, tried it, and refused to pay for it. Quite frankly, it happened in front of my eyes - disgusting behaviour. This store has always been my go to store in the Castle Hill region. James and Jennifer have always been extremely helpful with my medication queries. Although the store is quite compact, the staff have always been extremely efficient."
"Hi, Never go to this place. Today morning I was told by one of their staff member that the yellow prescription I brought with me is of no use and i need to bring the blue one which was written by the doctor. I dont live near this shop but i went back home and brought the blue one. To my surprise there was another staff member this time and he told me that the blue one is not good enough and he needs both blue and yellow one. You can;t trust the information that you receive from this place. Save yourself and go to any other chemist."

"I had a sad and rude experience with one of the staff this morning. I couldn’t scan the QR code through my smartphone. This YOUNG lady tried helping me but her voice went louder and louder. She was showing signs of impatience and she blamed my phone for not able to sign in. You know what? I went to My House after that and I could sign in with no issues. What an embarrassing experience, to have someone raised her voice at you early in the morning just because you can’t sign in. Sigh. Your staff walked off without helping me and went chatting with her colleagues! It was like go figure it yourself or don’t shop here! I was shaken after my experience with her. Please train this young lady to be polite and patient. Coming to the Chemist should be a pleasant experience. It’s just her, the rest of the staff are helpful and polite. Thank you for your understanding."
