"Very unprofessional. The pharmacist had a lack of knowledge and compassion. He would not listen to the patient's needs and insisted we see a doctor for eye drops which do not require a GP consult. Complete lack of care and very stubborn in his opinion. He kept repeating I "need to convince him that I need the drops". Do not recommend going to this pharmacy. Poor service. Disappointing."
"The pahamasist here thinks he is a Doctor and would not sell me what my GP told me I should buy that is sold over the counter everywhere. Also very expensive prices."
"Horrible pharmacist working here. Avoid this place at all costs. He likes to play doctor and overrule what your own GP has advised you to get over the counter. Plus very expensive prices."
"Truly the worst chemist. My brother was discharged from norwest hospital with scripts. They refused to fill them due to how the doctor wrote them. When I asked how it should be and they refused to tell me and simply said “the doctor should know”. So I asked them how can I come back with a right script if I don’t know what I am looking for. They simply said “doctors should know” again and told me to go with my brother to a GP to get a script (no sure what kind of joke that is telling someone who was discharged from hospital to go to GP straight after major surgery for a script that I already have). So I called the doctor at the hospital and they had the hospital staff check and it was fine. The doctor asked to speak to the pharmacist. They pharmacist refused to speak to the doctor. I told them that was the case and the doctor advised they don’t know what they are doing. I had to travel 30 minutes to a chemist open past 7, leaving my brother who had major surgery to suffer being dragged around to simply get a script. Went to cincotta and had no problems they dispensed the script."
"This is usually my regular chemist and the advice I receive is well informed and accurate. Although a few months ago a new pharmacist I never seen before, Kavish something there first was sitting and ignoring all patients, then when I finally got her attention advised my dad to take nurofen and this drug in coumadin together, he continued doing this until we went to his doctor and he told him that this causes major issues for my dad. She wasn't confident, ill-knowledge and kept looking confused but still said it was okay. If she doesn't know her job she should go back to uni and gain some proper knowledge because this can be life or death for people. I will be reporting to the appropriate people."
