"Worst customer service I’ve received from an employee named Ricky yesterday. I called the Pharmacy and spoke to Ricky. I ask if my order was ready yet. He tells me it’s yet to arrive because I haven’t received a message even though I got a call saying it would be ready. I kindly ask him to please at least check because I will need to drive a long long way to dural. He goes to checks and comes back on the phone in 2 seconds and says it’s not here. He then transferred me to the lab where the eye drops are made. The lab told me it has already been delivered to the pharmacy. So I drove to the pharmacy and spoke to someone else, they gave me the eye drops. I asked to speak to Ricky and asked why he couldn’t find it and said it wasn’t at the pharmacy when turns out, it clearly was, did he lie to me on the phone when he said he went to check. He (Ricky) then screams at me asking what my problem is and that he checked like he said he did and that the delivery came in whilst I talked to the lab on the phone...I’m sorry what? Are you serious? It would be more respectable if he just owed up to not actually checking for me, instead I was aggressively yelled at and told a ridiculous lie. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 2years now for my sisters eye drops and everyone has been nice and friendly. But my experience yesterday with Ricky was simply atrocious and not something I should experiencing as a customer."

"Fantastic service and the staff are SO friendly. I live 100klm away & CustomCare is the closest compounding pharmacy who make prescription compound eye drops. I ordered my drops to be delivered by post. They arrived the very next day left on my doorstep as agreed and enclosed in an express post satchel they were wrapped in an ice bag to keep cool as it has been so hot.
