"Firstly, incredibly rude staff - mainly the older lady (the pharmacist?). It's clear that they don't want repeat customers, but would it kill them to be nice? Secondly, they're located within a public hospital. If people can't afford private health cover, they certainly can't afford the exorbitant pricing they offer. Thirdly, for a pharmacy located within a hospital it would be absolutely ideal to have a decent range of stock. Assuming a HUGE percentage of their customers are patients who've found themselves unprepared for a stay in hospital - they need a shop that offers the basics in toiletries, etc. If I could give them zero out of five, I would."

"They deserve a 5-star rating based on my recent visits to their pharmacy. My interaction with Nikki in helping me dispense medicine on an emergency basis was incredible. I needed medicine quickly and they organised it. Also offered me great help and advice in store when I went to collect the medicine, Nikki was empathetic and heard patiently before offering help, so great job Nikki, keep it up. In one of the instance doctor's old prescription was ordered and it was no one's fault and after I learnt that doctor did not need those medicine for treatment, I approached pharmacy and explained the situation and did not get it dispensed, Sally mentioned that though they can't refund the money, said they will keep it in original packing and in freeze and will wait if they can dispense to other patient, no promises were made perhaps she said she will try her best. I lost hope that this rare medicine will ever be required by someone and my money gone wasted. In few days’ time I received phone call that exactly same prescription was needed by someone urgently and they were in position to dispense to that patient just coz it was in stock. Sally rang and informed and I was equally happy that it was useful by someone and that I can get my money back. This was three-way win for that urgent need, my money refunded and pharmacy doesn’t need to hold for very long time - All coordination was done beautifully by Sally. This is what I call as “going above and beyond”. So, Thank You! On a general note, I am really impressed by the level of care and support they offer at this pharmacy every time I walk into the store, so ladies please keep it up and thank you for all your support and wishes:)"
