FTS Financial Planning was founded by Robert Beutum, a highly experienced financial planner with almost 30 years of industry knowledge. Prior to establishing FTS, Robert spent 18 years at ipac securities limited, where he served as a senior advisor and associate director. It was during this time that Robert developed strong business relationships with his close referral sources in the 1980s.

In 2005, Robert decided to provide clients with a greater core of advice and services as a 'non-aligned' advisor. He joined forces with the partners of Tester Porter Services in Young, NSW, forming a partnership that would ultimately become FTS Financial Planning.

In October 2005, FTS opened its first office in Bondi Junction. Robert works closely with Charles Read to provide personalized financial planning services to our clients. As the business continued to grow, it became essential to have a Financial Planner based in Young, NSW, to cater to the needs of our clients. In 2010, Emma Duffey joined our team, and in March 2012, FTS Financial Planning proudly welcomed clients to our own office in Boorowa Street, Young.

While our clients are primarily based in Sydney and Young, NSW, our advisors are committed to providing our personalized service to clients in Bathurst, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.
