"Oriental grocer is a store I have always been going to and every time I’m in there I always witness the manager being so unpleasant to the customers and the employees. She’s very ill-mannered, always yelling at the employees and giving so much attitude to the customers. The employees work very hard and she just dismissed their hard work. One of the interaction I had with her was when I was looking for a product, she walked up to me and she lashes out saying “ Are you blind? Can’t you not see? The product is right there in front of you.” It was the worst experience I had. I know that you a customer definitely wouldn’t want to be treated like that. She was so rude and she definitely does not deserve to be the manager, being the manager means that you are the leader of your organisation and you’re leading you’re team members. It means empowering you’re team, communicating well with them not yelling at them, listening to their concerns, helping your members, working well with them, treating them fairly and with respect which I haven’t seen from this manager when I visit the store. The employees are very mistreated and the way she interacts with the customers is equally as bad. If this store wasn’t a walking distance from my place or didn’t have the products I needed I would never come back to this again."
