"I recently visited this Indian grocery store and was disappointed by the rude behavior of the staff towards customers who wanted to add extra chai to their orders. It is unfortunate that such behavior is tolerated in a business setting. The store had a good selection of Indian groceries, but the overall experience was soured by the negative attitude of the staff. When I tried to add an extra chai to my order, the cashier scowled at me and said that I would have to pay extra for it. I was taken aback by his tone and demeanor. While I understand that businesses need to make a profit, there are more polite ways to communicate with customers. It is not the customer's fault that the store charges extra for water which is 60-70 percent higher than chai and there is no reason to be rude or dismissive towards them. I hope that the management of this Indian grocery store takes steps to address this issue and improve the customer experience. A little bit of kindness and respect can go a long way in retaining loyal customers and attracting new ones."

"Today, my friends and I went to this shop for tea. The tea machine produced more water than tea, so we had to use tea twice to fill a large cup. However, there were no instructions on how to use the machine, and there were installation issues because more water was filled by 60%. The store owner also charged us more than normal and was rude and arguing, so we avoided a rush and paid the amount for which not supposed to."

"I would not even give 1 star or recommend it to anyone. I visited this store last week had a good experience and even though it's little far away from place I came here. But, today had a very bad experience, came to buy some flowers and puja items but the store lady was completely unresponsive when I asked her why the phone e number provided on Google is not being lifted and least bothered about the customer. Wasted my valuable time visiting this one."

"Deeply disappointed with the attitude of the owner last night when I went in to exchange something. Firstly, they never mentioned or put something that clearly says no exchanges or refunds and secondly, I have always been their loyal long term customer and just because the owner was receiving me well I thought he would exchange it easily for me as this is the first time ever I have gone back to return something for an exchange and leave alone the exchange but to my surprise, he behaved like a complete stranger and his words were a little rude “we don’t encourage such things” which shocked me. If he was not intending to exchange, there are many ways to explain and it is totally understandable. But looks like he don’t even care to respect his customers if it has to come to a point where his business matters more than the customers. Mr. Owner, your business is your customers. If you don’t treat them well then the results will speak for itself and please note, once you lose customers they are never gonna return back."
