"An absolutely disgusting and horrible pharmacy joint. To outside customers wanting to come here or those who already shop here do not it is not worth it even though it may be convenient for you. Everything is overpriced and the service is horrible, with new starters not being trained well at all! I used to work here not too long ago, and the way the manager treats customers is beyond horrible, not to mention his wife is working in the store with him as well where she is treated like a perfect princess (conflict of interest). Aside from customers being treated horribly especially by pharmacists with long wait times because people aren't trained properly, even employees are treated unfairly and overworked. Parents if your child is looking for a job do not send them here, the pay is horrible especially in consideration of what you are made to do. Lastly, they made employees write a multitude of fake 5 star reviews to try and flood out the other truthful reviews that were exposing the horrible nature of this pharmacy. Not even fake reviews and a whole rebrand (previously chemist king) can save the revolting customer/employee service that you offer, continue scamming poor elderly and sick customers. Shameful. Note: If I could rate this place a 0 I would of however the minimum is 1..."

"The young Pharmacist here is amazing. He was very helpful and caring. He helped with with picking out a skincare product for my son who has eczema and I had overpaid something and he called me to let me know I was double charged and to come back to collect a refund(he didn’t process the original purchase) . He went out of his way to process the refund. It’s rare to see great customer services in a busy store, especially from a Pharmacist himself who’s usually always behind the counter."

"I go here as they are the closest chemist and convenient in the shopping centre. The young chemist there doesn't seem people friendly. I have never seen him smile (even when no mask). They seem to 'do the job' as they most times do have the stock people need but that's about it. They are certainly not a discount pharmacy as their prices are higher than other pharmacies for many things. The staff also seem to have difficulty with how their own operating systems work as they have had a few new systems there. With a discount card. Without a discount card. Very confusing for customers the changes. Just a tip, be nice to your customers, look interested and be friendly. It will go a long way to not getting reviews like this one and many others I have read here. Thanks"

"This place was very good today with me and my boy. He's been scratching a lot, looks like insects, maybe mosquitos - the chemist gave us some claritye for the scratching liquid and some cream for the skin itching. He was ok and was happy when spoken too, she asked about his toys and he smiled and was happy. Overall it was a good experience and we may even go back and use the shop again. Not bad at all.
