"Always open late which is great. I disagree with people saying the service is poor, in my experience the service is normal and at times really friendly. When there's a rush they usually put more people on the till. The queue moves pretty quickly anyway."

"This place is sooo poorly run. Every time I come there is always a single person at the checkout with a line that is around 8 people deep, while 6-10 workers are slowly stacking shelves. Staff walk by the big line and do nothing to help by getting on the checkout. The line goes halfway up the store so there’s no way they don’t see all the annoyed customers. The line is just as bad to give your prescription in, and just as bad to pick it up."

"Check your receipts! They’re robbing people in plain sight. The prices they charge you in the till are not the same as what’s displayed on their shelves. This happened to me for the nth time already. Staff are friendly but being charged more than the selling price is a crime. If you look at the evidence attached, I was charged $3 more. I had to request for a refund. I think there’s a law that says I should’ve gotten the incorrectly priced items for free. $3 may not be a huge amount but multiply it by the number of people who come here not knowing they’re paying more than what they should, that becomes a lot of money. The shop manager/owner should fix this as this has been ongoing since I started coming here last year."

"This shop runs early morning until the late evening, which has saved me many times from buying urgent medicines. Plenty of various medicines, rapid process in providing prescription medicines, and good quality of customer services. Also it is fully understandable and even acceptable to experience slow response from working staffs as they are usually very busy. It is because advantage - the good thing is the shop still opens late for around communities to provide patrons with a good quality of product cost-efficiently - which outweighs minor things! Definitely recommended!"
