"Gel nails already chipped the very next day with missed top coat spots on two nails. Called up to have it fixed and booked in a time at 4:30pm. I get to the shop and the staff looked confused and acted like they don’t want to address the issue. Was told it’ll be an hour wait minimum to have it fixed as they were understaffed then another girl walked in for SNS and she was told 30mins. I understand you want to prioritise paying customers however, I was also a paying customer and I would not need to come back if the nails were done properly in the first place. Will never be coming back here again. Avoid like the plague."

"Have visited here a few times, initially the service was good, but the last 2 times that i have been there, i have come back very disappointed as my nails were uneven n very poor design, they didn'teven file them properly, i asked them for something n they were rude n bad customer service, the nail technicians are not fully trained."

"Waited for 50 mins with feet soaking for pedicure. They shouldnt keep letting people walk in and sit them down without good estimate of how long you have to wait. Therefore when finally got around to me it was rushed and average job. Tried to over charge me as well lucky I asked for price upfront. Friendly staff but average shellac pedicure."

"Place is very bad. The kind of dirty nail place you should be worried about. Equipment looks like they havent be changed in years, the workers will file your fingers until they are tender and raw. Also they asked me to wash my hands, the dirty file left me with these marks which were unable to be washed off. Please wash your hands after, definitely high chance of infection. The nail ladies are alright, please AVOID lady with short hair and tattooed eyebrows, shes quite careless and told me these white marks will wash off...rather than getting rid of it. Definitely better places that are cheap, dont go to this one! save your money lol"
