"Their service is good but their nail examples can look very different once it gone on your nails. Also, can the staff wear cleaner uniforms? They always look stained / crinkled. I’ve also noticed that the manager lady cannot stop talking (to other manicurist) while she’s attending the costumer, so loud…gives me a headache sometimes. :("
"Too expensive and no value for money. Friendly staff but the staff is not experienced. The girl ended up damaging my skin while trying to pull out the waxing strips. If your staff is not experienced, you cannot be charging a premium price for a primary grade service. I will not go again and wouldn’t recommend to anybody."
"Technicians were lovely, very gentle and thorough. Owner or owners daughter VERY LOUDLY standing over customers and staff with no mask on for hours. Unnecessary and off putting. No need for this. Constant loud talking, ruined the relaxing pampering experience and in turn the services took a long time."
