"Management needs to reconsider which staff member they put at the self-serve checkout. The lady they use is so unwelcoming, and treats customers as they are an inconvenience. Even when making a kind comment she looks through you and ignores you. Due to this I have started going to Coles, which is the total opposite experience."
"Picture this - it's 8:20pm on a Saturday night, the Deli was closed, the lights were off, the covers were over all the trays and there was a hush in the air. I was walking down towards the Deli to pick-up some pistrami for lunch tomorrow. Disappointed, I asked Rakee, who was trolleying some boxes past me, if there was any pistrami that was pre-cut. She then chose to go to the trouble of checking under the Deli cover if there was any there, but the tray was bare. She then said she'd check out the back. She came back with the sad news and then directed me to pre-packaged cold meats in aisle 1. I returned home with the goods. Thanks Rakee!"
"The services are not fair at all. After the shopping, my little 5 yrs old kid went to the assistant at the self counters to get the Disney 100 cards, but she just kept my little girl waiting , while she was attending another customer with lots of conversation, my girl went to her first, she could give the cards asap and then she could help another customer. I asked her please hurry to give her the cards, and she was so annoyed at me. The services are not fair at all"
"Woolworths Kellyville Visited on 13/6/2023 This is a typical Woolworths store, well stocked and bright. Typically, cut flowers can be found in the front nearthe entrance, and fruit section on the left side. It has a section selling sushi as well. The arrangement of the chest freezers are mishmash The store isles are wide, and there is much unused space in several parts od the store. I am glad to see a sanitising machine at the exit of the store."
"The staff are very friendly and efficient. The only problem is the number of staff at the chackouts is always minimum. They force you to self checkout with a full trolley. Self checkout with a full trolley is a nightmare. You run out of room & have to put paid shopping back in the trolley. The machine then thinks your stealing & calls for assistance. They really need to hire more staff at the checkouts."
