"I have just come back from visiting this pharmacy the last time with my sick 7 month old baby. He is breathing heavily and I was in a hurry of getting my baby the medication home. I didn't have cash on me and the medication was $6.50 but they wouldn't let me use my credit card because minimum card usage is $10. I asked for a special consideration because I bought $30 just yesterday and the lady who served me was also there but they wouldn't allow me to use the card and require me to withdraw cash from the ATM while they saw my baby is breathing heavily. For $3.50 they have lost my family as their long term customers spending hundreds of dollars a year. It is not about low price but it is about being human. All staff wouldn't care. I visited the Healthsave pharmacy next door with under $10 & they let me use my card. Why so difficult!"
"Terrible customer service and bad attitude. Was in awful pain and gave them the script for pain killers. Front desk has no concept of customer service. Pharmacist stated with no explanation that "they are out of stock". I asked them when they would expect to get the medications in next. They replied "we do not know". I won't be coming back here again... Instead I went next door to VINA HEALTH PHARMACY- shop 2&3 229 Canley Vale Road (02) 9723 9733."
