"Not a reliable phramacy since they prioritise beauty over actual pharmaceuticals. Can recall multiple occassions when stock for prescription medicine was not available. One specific time when my medicine was not in stock, one of the pharmacists (Rohan), blatantly lied to me saying that he put an order in and that it should reach by tommorrow. However when I came in to pick up the next day, it turned out that while Rohan told me he sent through an order, he didn't and my medicine had not even been ordered. Staff do not care for your queries unless you come in for beauty or makeup. Wait times for prescription medicine is also absurdly long"

She put my needs at the forefront, although it was the end of her shift, she stayed back and helped me pick up the right skincare products for myself. "These guys are absolutely rip off!! I have been consistently been overcharged for prescriptions. I checked on few different medications and every one of them were 40% to 150% expensive vs Chemist warehouse or Terry white in schofields. Eg Amoxicillin 875mg, these guys charged me $15.99 and CW $6.30, Terry white %8.90. When I asked, was told "we have a superior service" really???? I give you prescription and you give me my medications, I don't need you to wash my car !!!"
